Early in life, J.T. Best acquired his street-smart skills playing the
121 point card game of cribbage in various pubs throughout the land. He traded in his cards for an education and
soon became one of the America's top trial lawyers during which time he wrote several law books and scores of articles.
Well into his
career, he needed an escape from the rigors of professional writing, courtroom battles and lecturing to
lawyers around the world so he took those youthful cribbage lessons into the tournament arena where winning soon
became a habit. After retiring from the practice of law and becoming a member of the American Cribbage Congress,
he played and catalogued thousands of cribbage games in research for this treatise about the card game of cribbage.
With five books to his credit and his professional career behind him he boasts multiple Marquis "Whos Who" listings
including but not limited to: The World, United States, Outstanding Lawyer in America; etc. "This cribbage book is my
best achievement yet," he boasts.
